Teens Page.
We join in fellowship several times throughout the year. We enjoy activities such as paint ball, concerts, mission trips, canoeing and camping. It seems there is always something fun going on. Best of all, it is fun in the Lord, the best kind of fun to be had.
We also stay very involved in the North Arkansas District NYI (Nazarene Youth International) events. We are active participants in "Main Event," which is a gathering of teen groups from all over North Arkansas for fellowship and to participate in a little friendly competition. This year we have three teens participating in Impact. Impact is a team of teenagers who travel around to churches in our district ministering to others through worship, music, and drama. Matthew 10:32-33 says, "Whoever acknowledges me before men, I will also acknowledge him before my Father in heaven." We also join other teens from the region at Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma for a weekend we call, "Extravaganza." Extravaganza is where teens compete in various talent and sport competitions in order to win scholarships for college, or just for fun.
Wednesday nights (6:30 pm - 7:30 pm ) are Teen Bible Study night. We have wild, outrageous games and the a Bible Study. Sunday nights (6:00 pm - 7:00 pm) are all about worship, drama, devotion, and "Bonding" time - which includes games and heart to heart about the week.
We love one another and we love Christ. Come and join us for some fun and fellowship that you will not soon forget!
